To rent a car from us, in the United States and Canada, you will need the following:
To be 25 years old (if you’re under 25, you may be required to pay a young driver’s fee, which varies by rental location)
A valid driver's license with a photo
A photo ID (For example: a driver’s license or passport)
Credit or debit card or prepaid card (check the acceptable forms of payment at the location you’re renting from)
We are pleased to offer complimentary pick-up services for locations outside of airports during our regular business hours. To arrange your pick-up time or to make any special accommodations, please contact your local rental office directly. Once you are picked up and returned to the office, one of our courteous rental representatives will assist you with the necessary paperwork and get you on the road quickly.

Due to security regulations, we are unable to provide pick-up or drop-off services at airport locations from non-airport branches.
Can We Guarantee a Pick-Up?
To ensure the availability of your pick-up service, we kindly request that you confirm your rental with the local branch at least two hours in advance.
Pick-ups will be arranged by the nearest non-airport location within a 16-kilometer (10-mile) radius of your location. Please note that not all branches within this radius are equipped to provide pick-up services.
Due to previous no-shows, our local rental offices can only schedule pick-up services for confirmed reservations.

Can you guarantee the pick-up?
In order to guarantee a pick-up time from your local branch, you must confirm your rental with the office at least two hours in advance.
Pick-ups are done by the first non-airport location within 16 kilometers (10 miles) of your location - as long at the nearest branch is able to pick you up; not all branches within 16 kilometers (10 miles), are able to do a pick-up.

Renters without a ticketed return travel itinerary will need to provide a credit card with sufficient available credit to cover the estimated total amount for the rental and a deposit between $200-$850 depending on the rental location and class of vehicle rented.
Debit/check/Prepaid cards are any non-credit cards bearing the VISA®, Mastercard® or Discover®, American Express® logo. Prepaid cards or any other non-credit cards without one of these logos are not accepted. The same applies for gift cards.
Yes. The deposit amount varies by location.
Great news! There is generally a 29 minute grace period for daily rentals.
If the vehicle is returned within 2 ½ hours of the time it was rented on a subsequent day, additional hourly charges will apply. Hourly charges for your location and rental can be found on your rental contract.
If you return the vehicle 2 ½ hours or more from the time it was rented on a subsequent day, you will be charged for an additional day of rental.
Please Note: A vehicle that is returned after hours will not be checked in until the next business day. If returning after hours when a branch is closed, the customer is responsible for the vehicle until the satisfactory check in of the rental vehicle the next business day.

When extending a rental, the branch will need to place an additional authorization on your credit or debit card.
Your rates are subject to change based on the length of your rental extension. Usually the longer you keep the vehicle, the better deal you'll receive because you can then take advantage of our weekly and monthly rates.
